The Data Collector VI (Leader), Testing and Data Collection role is primarily onsite in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, with travel to other CONUS and OCONUS locations as mission needs require. The listed pay range is $65,000–$136,000 per year. The role supports a large-scale Army test and evaluation program; the position is contingent upon contract award. The working leader schedules and guides data collection personnel and helps ensure test data are complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with project and government quality standards. This work supports the planning and execution of equipment testing and the program’s test mission.

What you'll do

• Manage daily data collection resource schedules
• train personnel on procedures and policies
• guide development of training
• provide leadership and technical assistance
• monitor work and instruct personnel
• identify data collection problems and recommend solutions
• conduct weekly 100% quality assurance reviews of assigned project data
• address deficiencies
• liaise with Data Quality and government personnel
• provide performance input
• use applicable hardware and software
• advise on data collection requirements during test planning
• work at other sites as required.
