What you'll do

• Oversee warehouse operations
• manage inventory accuracy
• ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, legal, and company requirements
• establish safe handling procedures for medical products and IVD materials
• lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff
• optimize warehouse layout
• coordinate order fulfillment and deliveries
• manage logistics and supply chain issues
• prepare budgets and cost analyses
• maintain records and reports
• communicate in Mandarin with China-based team members on inventory checks, policy synchronization, and translations.
