What you'll do

• Lead accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits
• prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• develop internal controls and financial processes
• partner with executive leadership
• lead and develop the Finance team
• ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
