What you'll do

• Anticipates and meets the instrument, equipment, and supply needs of the Operating Room.
• Ensures that equipment is kept sterile.
• Coaches and trains surgical team on specialty competencies and universal safety precautions.
• Supports the daily operations of the surgical team by updating preference lists and contributing to quality assurance and improvement activities.
• Collaborates with the Surgical team in the Operating Room by reporting changes in a patient's condition.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent; Graduate of a Surgical Technology accredited through ARC/STSA or equivalent military training with surgical tech experience
