Estimator — Heavy Civil Construction

What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
• develop construction methods, production rates, crew compositions, and equipment requirements
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• identify scope gaps, constructability concerns, and cost-saving opportunities
• coordinate pricing assumptions with project and operations teams
• participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, estimate reviews, and bid strategy discussions
• prepare bid documentation and support bid finalization and project handoffs.
