The Ordering Coordinator – Onsite role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Compensation is $20 per hour. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading technology company, working as part of the Ordering Team. The coordinator processes wireless device and service orders across web- and email-based platforms while meeting service-level agreements. The role supports client operations by tracking requests, coordinating with vendors and customers, resolving delays, and assisting the Logistics and Shipping teams.

What you'll do

• Monitor requests for mobile devices, equipment, and services
• interpret customer requests and submit orders to vendors
• document and track orders in company databases
• follow up on open orders
• identify and resolve issues or delays
• liaise with customers and vendors
• manage orders for multiple clients
• respond to order-status and shipping inquiries
• prepare weekly status reports
• support Logistics and Shipping operations.
