What you'll do

• Plan and design new construction and renovation projects
• perform operations and maintenance engineering
• manage facility and infrastructure projects from site surveys through as-built drawings
• coordinate with engineers, architects, planners, contracting officers, tenant organizations, and construction agents
• prepare or review design calculations, cost estimates, schedules, analyses, drawings, and specifications
• evaluate design objectives and develop project presentations and documents.
