Property Grounds Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain exterior grounds, common areas, and shared spaces
• remove trash and litter
• clean gutters and blow leaves
• maintain pet stations
• complete assignments and work orders using an iPhone-based system
• travel between properties in a company vehicle
• report property, maintenance, safety, or service concerns
• assist with larger projects and moving materials
• and help with snow removal and salting when needed.
