What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• advise on investments, development projects, and financing structures
• manage transactions through closing
• coordinate with lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
• provide legal guidance and maintain client relationships
• collaborate across practice groups.
