The Commercial Roofer role is onsite in Nashville, TN. Pay is $20–$28 per hour. The position supports the company’s Construction Department, which performs new construction, reroofing, and sheet metal installation projects. Working as part of a project crew, the roofer removes, repairs, and installs roofing systems while following trade safety requirements. The work helps crews complete client projects safely and meet project deadlines.

What you'll do

• Remove, repair, and install roofing systems, insulation, flashings, and related components.
• Use trade hand and power tools, rooftop equipment as directed by the foreman, and required personal protective equipment.
• Follow project and trade safety requirements, identify appropriate materials, install membranes and sheet metal components, and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide instruction to less experienced coworkers as directed or needed.
