What you'll do

• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• inspect units and explain move-in instructions
• manage tenant data, maintenance requests, and contracts in AppFolio
• assign work orders and assist with property inspections and repairs
• communicate with tenants, vendors, owners, and the property manager
• visit properties to assess upkeep and potential issues.
