What you'll do

• Review project solicitation documents for accuracy and completeness
• prepare scope questions
• solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations
• manage bid packages
• develop scopes of work, narratives, checklists, and quantity take-offs
• evaluate proposals, quantities, schedules, inclusions, and exclusions
• prepare price analysis sheets
• collaborate on design-build proposals
• help define agreement scopes during purchasing.
