What you'll do

• Lead and oversee three to five landscape maintenance crews
• spend most of the workday in the field supporting crews and monitoring production
• train, mentor, recruit, and retain team members
• monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality
• track and communicate KPI metrics
• ensure safe work according to company standards
• conduct job-site quality inspections
• support scheduling and operational planning
• communicate with field staff and leadership
• assist with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and accountability.
