Director of Organizing

What you'll do

• Direct the organization and supervise future staff
• recruit congregations and grassroots leaders
• train leaders to research community problems and develop campaign plans
• organize public actions
• coordinate annual fundraising and congregation dues
• work with the board on strategic direction
• train and evaluate Associate Organizers
• maintain financial records and submit foundation proposals and reports
• travel for training events throughout the year.
