What you'll do

• Conduct nutrition screenings and provide healthy lifestyle recommendations
• provide individual and parent/child consultations upon physician referral
• provide Medical Nutrition Therapy based on written dietary orders and physician referrals
• facilitate nutrition, wellness, and diabetes prevention education and support groups
• conduct community outreach
• recruit and engage participants in healthy lifestyle programs
• maintain patient and client documentation
• prepare reports on progress, compliance, participation, and program outcomes
• protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
