What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• take photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve service concerns
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with recruiting, scheduling, training, inventory, and administrative tasks.
