Senior Facilities Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect buildings and identify maintenance, repair, and safety needs
• maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, inert gas, electrical, fire, and security systems
• coordinate plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• prioritize preventive maintenance
• coordinate with internal teams and outside contractors
• support equipment installation, relocation, and disposal
• and follow safety procedures.

Why this role
