What you'll do

• Lead commercial contracting across hardware supply chain, strategic partnerships, software licensing and SaaS, professional services, consulting, testing, NDAs, and vendor agreements
• draft and negotiate supplier and OEM agreements
• lead legal work on strategic partnerships
• advise engineering, supply chain, finance, and business development teams
• build and maintain templates and negotiation playbooks
• own company-wide contract compliance
• assess risk
• support IP, open-source licensing, regulatory, and data privacy matters as needed.
