What you'll do
- Oversee nursing operations and staff
- support nursing policies, procedures, and quality assurance
- coordinate resident care and discharge planning
- conduct rounds and review care documentation
- provide direct nursing care as needed, including starting IVs and collecting specimens
- monitor medication administration and treatment schedules
- and communicate resident status and operational issues to the Director.
