What you'll do

• Preflight and review customer files and materials
• communicate with staff and customers about expectations, services, and delivery
• advise customers and internal teams about graphics and printing issues
• maintain production orders
• manage files for scheduled PDF soft proofs and CT GMG hard proofs
• process production orders to meet delivery schedules
• manipulate vector-based artwork using Adobe and Esko tools
• perform typesetting and art development
• coordinate with the Color Department
• assist with workflow and automation development
• prepare files for plate making
• quality-check other prepress work and follow QA procedures.
