What you'll do

• Screen incoming patients for immediate medical and mental health needs
• monitor patient progress and responses to treatment
• administer medications
• maintain disease clinics
• document medical histories
• provide chronic-care education and medication-compliance review
• respond to sick-call requests and arrange follow-up with a physician or advanced practitioner when indicated
• monitor medical supplies and follow safety procedures.
