Behavior Technician (BT)

The Behavior Technician (BT) role is onsite in Hampstead, NC, with local travel required. Compensation is $21–$26 per hour. Empire ABA’s therapy program supports children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The technician provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy and implements treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role contributes to client progress by collecting data, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or clinics
