What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, sort, and store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• maintain a clean dishwashing area, floors, storage, and workspaces
• follow food-safety, sanitation, and health-code requirements
• change dishwashing water and maintain chemical dilution standards
• assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
• remove trash
• handle cleaning chemicals according to Safety Data Sheet guidance.
