What you'll do

• Process and submit warranty claims
• maintain warranty documentation, service records, and manufacturer compliance
• reconcile payments, resubmit rejected claims, and follow up on outstanding balances
• coordinate warranty parts returns, shipping, and tracking
• monitor factory recalls and bulletins
• assist with body shop warranty claims
• and support department operations.
