• report on performance, usage, capability gaps, and future requirements
• distribute intelligence products across networks and portals
• develop system requirements and logical data models
• gather and validate user requirements
• develop use cases
• analyze knowledge-management challenges
• maintain requirements documentation
• participate in working groups
• review analytic products and apply qualitative and quantitative methods.
