The specialist supports Vaden Automotive employees by helping them navigate benefits, enrollment, leave administration, and employee education. The role administers benefit programs and related records, coordinates open enrollment and carrier issues, and works with Payroll and employees to support accurate deductions, timely enrollment, and compliance with applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Administer medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and other sponsored benefit programs
• assist with enrollments, qualifying life events, eligibility questions, and benefit changes
• coordinate annual open enrollment
• answer employee benefit questions
• maintain records in ADP and other HR systems
• reconcile benefits and coordinate with Payroll
• work with carriers and vendors
• assist with leave administration
• prepare communications and educational materials
• support wellness initiatives, audits, reporting, and HR projects.
