What you'll do

• Lead Area Compliance Managers and site supervisors in regional operations
• ensure safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance
• oversee audits, corrective actions, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and P&L
• coordinate project schedules and resource allocation
• manage hiring, training, performance, and succession planning
• partner with Sales and Commercial teams on proposals and business development
• resolve customer service issues
• travel to industrial sites as required.
