District Manager

What you'll do

• Manage district P&L, budgeting, forecasting, staffing, scheduling, store operations, and marketing initiatives across 20–30 locations. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and store leaders
• monitor performance and retention
• ensure safety, security, compliance, and brand standards
• manage cash controls and expenses
• coordinate facilities needs
• and travel locally up to 50%, with some overnight travel possible.
