• Source, screen, and manage candidate relationships for engineering, technical, business, and functional roles
• partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and build sourcing plans
• support sourcing events and career fairs
• attract cleared talent
• maintain candidate database integrity
• research market conditions and industry trends
• use professional networks, LinkedIn, HireEZ, ClearanceJobs.com, Indeed, social media, search engines, and niche job boards
• track activity in CRM
• conduct phone screens
• assess candidate fit and synthesize feedback
• pre-close candidates.
