The manager oversees the total operation of two properties, including leasing, resident service, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, inspections, and maintenance coordination. What you'll do

• Manage income recertification, leasing, and re-leasing
• ensure compliance with property and landlord-tenant regulations
• prepare financial reports and assist with budgets
• supervise and train staff
• enforce policies and Fair Housing guidelines
• address resident requests and complaints
• process rent delinquencies and lease violations
• conduct unit and property inspections
• maintain files, payroll, and safety records
• coordinate preventive maintenance, bids, invoices, and month-end procedures
• schedule 24-hour maintenance emergency coverage.
