The role coordinates acquisitions, right-of-way and relocation matters, consultants, legal documentation, and compliance so projects can advance with the required property interests and records.

What you'll do

• Oversee property acquisition, land management, eminent domain, appraisals, surveys, and related compliance
• manage land acquisition and disposition, leases, relocation, and condemnation
• negotiate and review real property transactions
• review right-of-way plans, utility adjustments, estimates, surveys, appraisals, titles, deeds, and legal documents
• manage contracts and payment requests
• develop policies, procedures, schedules, and priorities
• coordinate with city departments, counsel, agencies, utilities, and property owners
• support project schedules, development reviews, litigation, and technical reports.
