The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) – In Center role is onsite in Cypress, TX, and pays $50,000–$75,000 per year. Funplay ABA Therapy Services provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. Working under BCBA/QBA supervision, the BCaBA supports individualized treatment planning and monitors client progress. The role also coaches behavior technicians and collaborates with caregivers and other clinicians to support consistent, safe care.

What you'll do

• Assist with assessments and treatment-plan development
• implement and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction goals
• supervise, coach, and train RBTs and behavior technicians
• support behavior intervention plans
• collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data
• support caregiver training
• maintain clinical documentation
• follow ethical guidelines, payer requirements, and clinic protocols
• collaborate with other care-team members
• respond to behavioral emergencies under clinic safety protocols.
