What you'll do

• Provide 24/7/365 telephone support
• conduct outreach and meetings with survivors
• provide information on ARNG resilience programs and benefits
• act as a liaison with service providers
• facilitate non-clinical support and referrals
• maintain resource directories
• coordinate survivor outreach events
• document cases in the SOS module.
