What you'll do

• Receive, store, and inventory food and departmental supplies
• maintain storage sanitation
• monitor temperatures and keep records
• date, label, and rotate stock
• order supplies according to company procedures
• secure designated areas
• transport supplies safely
• follow HACCP guidelines
• report equipment maintenance needs
• complete required reports
• and use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety directions.
