What you'll do

• Lead daily jobsite operations for commercial tenant improvement and ground-up projects
• supervise subcontractors and trades
• review drawings, submittals, and schedules
• coordinate with clients, vendors, inspectors, and project teams
• monitor schedules and productivity
• conduct jobsite meetings and maintain daily reports
• enforce safety protocols
• manage deliveries, logistics, and work sequencing
• oversee inspections, walkthroughs, punch lists, and closeout
• use construction management tools including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
