Fitness Sales Specialist, Appointment Setting and Membership Sales

Job overview

The Fitness Sales Specialist, Appointment Setting and Membership Sales role is onsite in Spring, TX. Compensation is $10–$15 per hour. D1 Training is an athletic-based training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and older, focused on helping members pursue their training goals. The specialist generates and follows up on leads, books trials and consultations, and guides prospects through membership decisions. The role supports facility growth by connecting prospective athletes with training programs suited to their goals and maintaining accurate lead activity in the CRM.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads
• set appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts
• respond to inbound inquiries
• guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership
• recommend training programs based on individual goals
• maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
• meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
