What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• verify guests purchasing alcohol meet the minimum age
• follow recipes and responsible alcohol-service policies
• take and deliver orders
• operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash
• maintain bar cleanliness
• track spills and waste
• check food and beverage presentation
• stock supplies
• conduct inventory
• complete opening, running, and closing duties
• and assist with training when applicable.
