Director of Customer Success

What you'll do

• Serve as strategic owner and executive sponsor for assigned clients
• lead executive engagements
• develop account strategies and value realization plans
• drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth
• manage client deliverables
• drive platform adoption and utilization
• design and deliver training, coaching curricula, and activation programs
• identify performance gaps and align solutions to client objectives
• coordinate Product, Insights, Engineering, and Customer Success
• mentor team members
• establish scalable processes
• manage communications, risks, workstreams, and leadership updates.
