• Manage contested probate, trust, and guardianship matters
• prepare, file, and serve court documents
• manage Florida Courts E-Filing Portal submissions and case calendars
• organize discovery and document logs
• assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• prepare fiduciary documents
• communicate with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties
• research and maintain case files.
