The Floater Teacher — Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Classrooms role is an onsite, full-time position in Smyrna, GA. Pay is $12–$16 per hour. The role supports classrooms serving children from 6 weeks to 5 years old at The Learning Experience center. The teacher moves among classrooms as needed to support children, teachers, and daily operations. By assisting with age-appropriate learning, care routines, and safe classroom environments, the role helps maintain quality care and appropriate staffing across the center.

What you'll do

• Provide classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool programs
• assist with age-appropriate learning activities
• support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• maintain safe, clean, organized classrooms
• assist with feeding, diapering, toileting, meals, rest time, and transitions
• build relationships with children, families, and team members
• follow classroom schedules, center policies, and licensing requirements
• and support teachers and leadership with daily operations.
