Lead Housekeeper — Evening Shift

The Lead Housekeeper role is onsite in Lake Forest, IL, with a 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. schedule, five days per week. Pay is $21.02–$29.32 per hour, based on experience. Lake Forest Place is part of Presbyterian Living, a senior living organization offering a continuum of care. The lead supports clean, safe resident and shared spaces by coordinating housekeeping schedules, completing assigned housekeeping work, and training staff on cleaning procedures and safe chemical handling. The role also responds to housekeeping requests and communicates departmental and resident concerns to the manager.

What you'll do

• Maintain housekeeping work orders
• ensure schedules and setups are completed
• provide feedback to the manager on departmental issues, resident and staff concerns, and employee performance
• perform housekeeping functions
• respond to requests or emergencies
• maintain safe, clean work areas
• train staff on cleaning procedures and safe chemical handling.
