What you'll do

• Assist patients with private insurance, Medi-Cal, and other county or state program applications
• educate patients about enrollment
• process applications and verify eligibility during visits
• handle renewals
• coordinate with state and county programs
• complete reports and tracking
• enter information in the EHR
• support PMS registration, scheduling, and billing
• work with clinicians to identify patients for financial assistance.
