Sales and Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to customer questions about quotes, coverage changes, billing, and policy reviews
• set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• maintain activity, pipeline, and customer records
• meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
• identify coverage gaps and cross-sell during reviews
• develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups.
