Maintenance Technician — Senior Living

The Maintenance Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in New Brighton, MN, paying $21–$25 per hour. The technician supports Brightondale Senior Living, a SilverCrest campus with independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments. The role repairs and maintains resident apartments, common areas, grounds, and building systems, and prepares vacant apartments for new residents. This work helps keep residents’ homes safe, comfortable, and functioning properly; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a monthly on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Repair items in resident apartments, common areas, and grounds
• perform routine building and systems upkeep
• prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• notify residents and staff about scheduled maintenance
• work with the Maintenance Director on annual building goals
• participate in the monthly after-hours on-call rotation.
