• Plan, execute, monitor, and close service projects

• prepare scope, execution, communications, quality, resource, procurement, and deployment plans
• identify risks and manage changes
• coordinate materials and services
• track costs and milestones
• ensure quality controls
• support installation handoffs
• and report customer satisfaction metrics.
