E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist

What you'll do

• Process e-commerce orders in the warehouse management system
• pick, pack, label, and ship orders
• process carrier shipments and inbound inventory
• maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
• process returns
• communicate with customers
• assist with onboarding customers and products
• follow customer-specific shipping requirements
• resolve operational issues
• and help improve warehouse processes.
