What you'll do

• Directly supervise 6–12 mechanics and hourly maintenance workers
• ensure team readiness, tools, equipment, and coverage
• communicate plant goals
• coordinate equipment preparation, turnaround, maintenance, and return to service
• coordinate safe work permits and equipment lockouts with operations
• complete SAP work-request and material-reservation transactions
• evaluate and coach team members
• verify hourly time records.
