What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• register patients in the Radiology Information System
• collect identification, orders, insurance information, and payments
• scan and maintain documentation
• verify orders and pre-authorizations and escalate discrepancies
• monitor arrivals and appointment status
• assist with scheduling requests and walk-in X-rays
• answer and route calls
• assist with imaging DVDs and medical record requests
• and safeguard patient information.
