Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Outpatient Mental Health

The Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Outpatient Mental Health role is remote, with hybrid opportunities available in the Kansas City metro; compensation is 60% of net collections, with estimated earning potential of $210–$270 per clinical session. The Lilac Center is an outpatient mental health practice focused on compassionate, evidence-based care, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy and integrated treatment. The psychiatrist evaluates and diagnoses patients across the lifespan, develops treatment plans, provides medication management and therapy, and coordinates with other mental health professionals. The role supports comprehensive outpatient care and advocates for clients’ needs and access to services.

Why this role

Board-certified MD or DO; active unrestricted Kansas and Missouri medical licenses or willingness to obtain them; at least 16 clinical hours weekly and a minimum of two years’ experience treating patients ages 5–80 in private practice.
