The Reefer Technician — Trailer Refrigeration role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Pay is $35–$45 per hour, based on experience, with weekly pay. The technician maintains and repairs trailer refrigeration units so fleet equipment can operate reliably and meet safety and compliance standards. The role diagnoses refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues, completes preventive maintenance, and documents repairs in support of fleet operations.

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain reefer units, including diesel-powered refrigeration systems
• diagnose refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues
• complete preventive maintenance and service on air-conditioning and refrigeration systems
• conduct DOT inspections and trailer repairs when reefer units are working
• ensure safety and compliance
• document repairs and work orders
• maintain an organized work area
• follow safety procedures
• collaborate with supervisors and team members.
